We make returns as easy as possible for our customers, so if you need to return an item for any reason, simply contact our customer service.

The law forbids us to accept returns of prescription drugs. For more information on how to dispose of medicines are old, or not necessary, refer to the guidelines of the FDA.

All the OTC products are covered by our insurance policy on the return of 90 days. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. But if you are not satisfied with your purchase OTC, contact our customer service department and one of our representatives will be able to help you.
